The decision was approved by the Zetatrans shareholders on June 27, the company said in a statement last week.
Along with last year’s profit, the company will also retain its accumulated profit from previous years which totals 1.05 million euro.
Last year, Zetatrans distributed a gross dividend of 0.12 euro per share, using its entire net profit of 985,700 euro reported for 2022.
Zetatrans shares last traded on January 24, closing flat at 0.95 euro.
