SDH said in a statement the signing of the advisory deal continues the process for the sale of Adria Airways in line with the relevant decision taken by the country’s parliament in 2013.
In January, SDH said it had co-signed with the state-run Bank Assets Management Company and state company PDP an agreement on joint sale of the Adria Airways stake.
In December, SDH told SeeNews the sale process for Adria Airways was planned to start in the first half of 2015.
