HAC signed on September 25 a loan agreement with Zagrebacka Banka, Privredna Banka Zagreb, Erste&Steiermarkische Bank, OTP Banka, Hrvatska Postanska Banka, state development bank HBOR, Croatia Banka, Karovacka Banka, IMEX Banka, Raiffeisenbank Austria and Istarska Kreditna Banka, the company said in an emailed statement to SeeNews.
The loan has an interest rate equal to the six-month EURIBOR plus a fixed margin of 1.475 percentage points annually.
The loan, which should be repaid in semiannual installments, matures on September 25, 2040.
