DUTB notified Gorenjska banka on Monday that it no longer has shares in it, the lender said in a Ljubljana bourse filing.
It did not provide further details.
Earlier this month, Gorenjska banka said Serbia’s AIK Banka has increased its shareholding in it from 24.66% to 25.22%.
However, according to the latest data from the Slovenian lender’s website, business group Sava controls 37.65% in the bank, AIK holds 32.5%, Slovenian insurer Triglav owns 4.05%, Telekom Slovenije 1.63%, electric motors manufacturer Domel 1.37%, Turisticno drustvo Lesce 1.22%, Banka Intesa Sanpaulo 0.77%, while the…
